DIGITAL FASHION COLLECTION

For my bachelorette project I descided to create a fashion collection. This collection is inspired by the ancient Egypt, whit I like very much. The pieces are digital wearables only because I don’t want to create trash, to hopefully change the mind of big companies to create also only digital wearables. We have enough clothes in our closets and the most new pieces we are only buying them to wear it once, mostly for a social media post. So my idea is to create fashion which is sustainable, long-lasting and which you can try on through a AR-Filter. The pieces can be sold via blockchain technology, which is expanding faster than ever.

THE SILKSPINNER DRESS

This project was a collaboration between AMD (Akademie für Mode & Design), Hochschule Fresenius & FashionWeek Frankfurt in 2022. One of Frankfurts partner cities is Yokohama in Japan, which is famous for there silk production and worldwide export. The dress which we created is inspired by the silk spinner. Together with Caro from AMD, the two of us created this digital dress in Clo3D, a program which we learned in a separat workshop. With the help of some GameDesigners we set it in scene in Blender and later in Unity to create an AugmentedReality dress.

MILKYWAY IN A BOWL

This is one of my very first experiences in 3D spaces. During my first semester we had some guided projects where we learned the basics of navigating though the 3D space, learned modelling with primitives and more.
